PLACING AN ORDER
1. Safe shopping
Shopping at mvdracewear.com is a fast, safe and convenient way of online shopping. To ensure you can safely shop with MVD, we are connected to the Dutch online shopping label WebwinkelKeur and the European label EMOTA.
We use an encrypted SSL connection to send private information such as your payment details. You can recognize this connection by the URL, because www.mvdracewear.com is preceded by https instead of http. Moreover, your browser will indicate this is a safe connection by showing a small padlock behind the URL.
2. How can I place an order at mvdracewear.com?
Placing an order at mvdracewear is very simple:
Step 1: shopping cart
Shop on our website and place the desired products in your shopping cart. Should you decide to browse further, go right ahead: the items will stay in your cart.
step 2: check order
Check your order and proceed to checkout
step 3: payment
Provide your personal details (not necessary when you are already logged in). Choose a payment method, accept the general terms and conditions and place the order using the order button.
3. Can I provide an alternative delivery address?
When you place a new order, your address will automatically be filled in as your delivery address. Naturally, you can change this and have your order shipped to a different address. For example, if the ordered item is a gift or if you are not home at the time of delivery. The order will be shipped with a packing slip without prices.
4. How can I see whether a product is in stock?
We show current stock for every product on our website. This show of stock is real-time.
5. Will I receive information about my order?
After placing an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation and invoice. If you receive this invoice before 4 pm (GMT+1), your order is shipped in 24 hour's.
6. Can I modify or cancel a placed order?
Should you want to modify or cancel your order, we recommend you to contact our customer service.
7. Do you charge VAT?
Al shown prices on mvdracewear.com are Dutch VAT included.
8. Which payment methods do you offer?
Depending on the country from where you are placing an order, we offer the following payment methods:
- iDeal: Trusted, safe and easy payment online. You can immediately pay you order in the online payment environment of your own Dutch bank.
- BankContact/Mister cash: Trusted, safe and easy online payment via your own Belgian bank.
- Sofort Banking: Quick and easy online payment via your own European bank.
- PayPal: Pay safe and quickly using your Paypal account.
- Creditcard: Easy payment via Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and V-Pay. Your payment details are encrypted by the SSL-method.
- Bank transfer: You will receive an e-mail with a request for payment via bank transfer.
Our Payment Service Provider Mollie processes all online payments. This is how we can guarantee a safe and quick online payment.
9. How do I process a bank transfer?
Choose ‘Bank transfer’ as your payment method. After completing your order, Sisow will send you a payment request and payment specifications. You can then make your own bank transfer: make sure to use the right payment specifications. If you do not use these, it will take us longer to process your payment.
10. How long does it take before a bank transfer is completed?
Payment using bank transfer usually takes 1 or 2 working days. A foreign payment can take longer to be processed.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Generally, your return will be processed within 5 working days after receiving your goods in our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation after we have processed your return. The due credit will appear in your account within 14 days after receiving your return. We always process a refund via the same payment method you have used.
12. How can I make a payment with a discount code or gift certificate?
In de winkelmand kun je een kortingscode of cadeaubon verzilveren. Vul de code in om het bedrag te verrekenen met je bestelling. Als het saldo van je code of cadeaubon onvoldoende is om je hele aankoop te betalen, dan kun je het restbedrag bijbetalen op de manier die jij wilt.

13. How soon will you deliver my order?
If in stock and ordered and paid before 4 pm (GMT+1), your order will be shipped in 24 hours. Depending on the destination country, a delivery within Europe will take from 1 up to 5 working days.
14. Delivery around the holidays?
Houd er rekening mee dat de feestdagen de bezorging en afhandeling van je bestelling kunnen vertragen.
15. What are the shipping charges for my order?
We do not charge shipping for order within the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France and Great Britain.
For the following European countries we will charge the following shipping charges:

16. Who will deliver my parcel?
We will send your order through DPD home. DPD Home can deliver your parcel on Monday to Friday and when requested on Saturday. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail so you can track the shipment yourself.
17. Will an order of several items be shipped in one parcel?
Yes, when you order at MVD Racewear, your order will be shipped in one package. The product with the longest delivery time is leading for the delivery of your order. Should you wish to receive a product earlier, we recommend you to place two separate orders.
18. What happens if I am not at home when my parcel arrives?
Are you not at home to collect your parcel? On the note left by the courier, you can see what you can do to collect your parcel.
19. My order is incomplete or damaged, what now?
Please contact our customer service, we are happy to help.
20. Can I also collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order on weekdays from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Please contact our customer service to schedule an appointment, so we can confirm your order will be ready for you.

21. Can I also pay cash when I collect my order?
Yes, no problem at all! Simply order your product online on our website and choose ‘Collect’ at delivery method. As payment method, you choose ‘ Bank transfer’. When you collect your order, you can pay cash with the exact amount. Please note there is no option to use PIN.
22. Do you own a store where I can try your clothing?
No, unfortunately we do not own a physical store. We are a web shop with a warehouse only. Should you be near or in the Eindhoven Area, you may contact us to schedule a fitting appointment.
23. Can I return my order (right of withdrawal)?
You have 30 days to send a product back without stating a reason (right to return). Within this period, you can view, review and fit the item as you would in a store, unless otherwise stated.
The period wherein you may return expires 30 days after the day:
- That the article is within your possession.
You may use your right of withdrawal by:>
- Passing on your return in writing through our website or by e-mail.
- Downloading and filling out the returns form and send it to us by e-mail. (You are however not obliged to use this form, even without it you still have the right of withdrawal)
- The article is complete.
- If the article is not used, not damaged and not washed.*
- It is in original state and packaging with labels attached, as far as possible.
Should you wish to use your right of withdrawal, please contact us, preferably via firstname.lastname@example.org. From the moment you have notified us of your return, you have another 14 days to actually send us back your order.
* We can charge you for the decrease in value if the item is damaged or used.
24. Which articles are excluded from the right of withdrawal?
Some items are excluded from this right to withdrawal and cannot be sent back to us. Made to order products or tailored products using specifications you have provided. Including tailored or altered clothing, personalized clothing such as cross shirts and digital and/or physical gift certificates. The purchase of these items is final after a successful payment.
25. Are there charges for returning my order?
Only the risk and shipping costs for returning from your location to our warehouse are at your own expense.
As soon as we have received the item, we will transfer the purchase amount (with potential standard shipping costs that were made to ship to your location) to your account within 14 days. Provided that we have received your return in good state. We always use the same payment method you have used in order to process your refund.
SMake sure to include your invoice or packing slip in your return, enabling it to process your return quickly. The invoice was sent to you by e-mail, the package slip was included in your parcel. Should you decide to keep a part of the order, we will charge you a small contribution for the shipping charges made preparing, checking, transporting and shipping your order.
26. How soon will you process my return?
Your return is generally processed within 5 working days after receiving the item(s) at our end. You will receive confirmation by e-mail once your return has been processed. A refund of your purchase amount will be processed into your account within 14 days. We always use the same payment method you have used in your order to process your refund.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
27. Faulty item?
Do you have a complaint about a purchased item, our service or the (delivery of) your order? We’d like to get this sorted for you and recommend you to call us during office hours or send us an e-mail. Should you decide to send an e-mail about your complaint, please inform us of your order/invoice number and your phone number so we can get in touch. Please visit our contact page for the correct contact details. See our customer service for the correct contact information.
We take a period of 5 weekdays for our response. Within this period, we will contact you by phone or e-mail in order to get this complaint sorted properly.
Do you feel your complaint has not been sorted properly, feel free to contact the Stichting Webwinkelkeur, a Dutch foundation that offers free mediation.
28. What warranty am I entitled to?
All items purchased at our webshop have a legal warranty. It means a product should be in a good state of delivery and should function properly when used normally. We will not only look at the legal warranty, but will take economic life into consideration as well, as some items naturally last longer than others.
29. Rights and duties
If an article shows flaws within the warranty period as stated above, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We will then take all steps necessary to provide you with a suitable solution. This might be: a free repair, a new article or refund of the purchase amount. Is the flaw on your article debit to your own fault? Then you will not be entitled to our warranty. When the article is worn off through normal use, you are not entitled to our warranty either.
30. The proof of warranty
The warranty period begins at purchasing date. The invoice of your order is the proof of warranty for your product. Would you like to claim your warranty, we will ask you to provide a copy of the invoice. The invoice is been sent by e-mail at the moment of purchase.
31. Will I be refunded repair costs?
If we have found your complaint to be justified, MVD will pay repair costs (including shipping charges to MVD). If after judging your complaint, we find it not to be grounded, we will send you a free quotation for the repair.
32. How long does it take to get an item repaired?
We strive to send your item back within 21 days after it has been offered to us. We will keep you informed by e-mail, should it take us longer to repair the product.
33. Lowest Price Guarantee
As manufacturer of MVD motor and BMX clothing, we can guarantee that you will never pay too much for our clothing. We guarantee the lowest price on all MVD Racewear products. Should you find your purchase for a lower price elsewhere, we will pay you back the difference.
Conditions of our lowest price guarantee:
- The lowest price guarantee is for all purchases at mvdracewear.com
- The lowest price guarantee is valid up to two weeks after purchase. Should you find your purchase at a lower prices in another web shop within two weeks or is your purchase offered at a lower price on our own website within two weeks, we will pay back the difference.
- The lowest price guarantee is only valid when the delivery and payment conditions of the other web shop are identical to those of mvdracewear.com
- The lowest price guarantee is only based on the compared price of the same article on a web shop from countries inside the EU.
- The price comparison is based on the price indicate in the web shop plus any possible shipping charges.
